Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or construction administration preferred.
• HVAC or commercial construction experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage deadlines, solve problems, and work effectively with office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial HVAC installation schedules and crew assignments.
• Communicate with project managers, technicians, vendors, contractors, and customers regarding project timelines and updates.
• Track equipment, materials, and supply deliveries to ensure job site readiness.
• Maintain accurate project records, work orders, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve scheduling or material delays.
• Assist with project closeout, invoicing documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
