Job summary

You will schedule installation jobs, coordinate with install managers, verify drawings and measurements, assist sales with technical questions, and provide timely documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and familiarity with Excel and office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation calendars, schedule and dispatch jobs.
• Prepare install teams for successful completion of projects.
• Review sales drawings and layouts for accuracy and ensure fabrication team has measurements.
• Assist the sales team with technical questions, equipment sizing, and layout needs.
• Provide layout training and support to sales team members.
• Complete required paperwork and close project tasks for timely resolution.
• Assist the Field Manager and installation teams with technical support as needed.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of HVAC equipment and communicate ordering needs.
