Position Summary

HVAC Unlimited is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Commercial Install Coordinator to support our commercial HVAC installation operations in Lorton, VA. This role is responsible for coordinating installation projects, managing schedules, tracking materials and equipment, and communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and project management to ensure installations are completed efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple projects at once, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and keep installation jobs organized from scheduling through completion. Experience in HVAC, construction, or the mechanical trades is preferred.
