Job summary

Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric in Wisconsin is seeking an HVAC Project Coordinator to prepare installers for success by coordinating installation schedules, reviewing drawings, and ensuring materials and paperwork are ready.

You will work with Install Managers and sales teams, translate measurements into fabrication drawings, provide layout training, and maintain accurate schedules to deliver high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects with HVAC Install Managers and teams.
• Maintain installation calendars, schedule and dispatch jobs, and inform customers of schedules.
• Ensure equipment, materials, staging, and necessary documentation are ready for each installation.
• Review sales drawings for accuracy and provide fabrication with measurements.
• Assist sales with technical questions, equipment sizing, and layout needs.
• Provide layout training to sales team members.
• Complete required paperwork and close project tasks for timely resolution.
• Assist Field Manager and installation teams with technical support.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of HVAC equipment and communicate ordering needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
