Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a schedule coordinator or similar office role.
• Advanced customer service abilities.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule visits for comfort consultants.
• Review after-hours calls for estimates and schedule calls.
• Maintain financing information and install scheduling with homeowners.
• Create install job packets and keep customer records current.
• Process daily invoicing including rebates and warranties.
• Use Service Titan daily for scheduling and communications.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
