GUNTHERS HVAC in Utah seeks a Sales & Install Coordinator to support the residential team by scheduling installations, processing proposals, and ensuring smooth handoffs from sales to installation. You will coordinate schedules, order equipment, manage permits, and maintain vendor relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with HVAC trades; sales or coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs and schedules.
• Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation schedule and dispatch install crews for on-time starts.
• Process sales proposals and ensure job details transfer from estimators to install teams.
• Order equipment and materials; coordinate permits and inspections.
• Submit consumer financing, process deposits and payments as needed.
• Communicate with customers throughout scheduling to job completion.
• Track job progress and follow up on callbacks and warranty issues promptly.
• Support the sales team with reporting on leads, sales, and job status.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
