Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–7 years in HVAC equipment sales or related mechanical sales.
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret project requirements and prepare quotes.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, pricing, takeoffs, and submittals for HVAC systems.
• Review bid-specs and coordinate with engineers and outside sales.
• Manage customer orders through delivery, tracking pricing, lead times, and shipments.
• Source equipment and replacement parts with manufacturers and vendors.
• Provide product information, pricing, and project coordination to customers.
• Maintain quotes, orders, and project docs while handling multiple requests.
