Vogel Heating & Cooling is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our Light Commercial Sales Team. You will handle inquiries, provide product information and pricing, and prepare timely bids to support project success.

This in-office role in Fenton serves as a key bridge between Outside Sales and Project Management while expanding vendor partnerships and maintaining CRM/ERP records. Opportunities for growth exist toward Outside Sales or Project Management, with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience in HVAC sales/support.
• Experience supporting outside sales and preparing bids, quotes, or take-offs.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and applications.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and guidance for light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Prepare and deliver bids, quotes, and submittals based on project scope.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to gather pricing, materials, and timelines.
• Track project timelines and order status; provide regular updates.
• Maintain records in CRM/ERP and other project tracking docs.
• Develop vendor partnerships to secure preferred pricing and equipment availability.
• Stay updated on product changes and market trends.
