Job summary

Goodin Company is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support HVAC and Hydronic product orders. You will build relationships with customers calling in and visiting, process phone orders, and service walk-in customers in a timely manner.

You will verify delivery methods, coordinate with Outside Sales, and identify customer needs to suggest the best products. A strong knowledge base and 2+ years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC and Hydronic equipment knowledge required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers who are calling in and placing product orders.
• Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers.
• Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
• Verify order delivery method for accuracy.
• Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs.
