Qualifications

• HVAC and Hydronic equipment knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic business math with understanding of profit margins.
• Willingness to learn new product knowledge.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers calling in and placing orders.
• Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including phone orders and walk-ins.
• Ensure orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
• Verify delivery method for accuracy.
• Coordinate customer orders with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
