Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries for HVAC parts, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC products, promotions, and offerings to ensure confidence and partnership.
• Execute sales with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment and delivery.
• Apply problem-solving to resolve customer issues while adhering to policies.
• Work evenings and weekends as part of an on-call rotation.
• Assist with warehouse tasks: cycle counts, shipping/receiving, inventory control.
