You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and support a high-performing sales process in a busy office environment, collaborating with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree a plus.
• 1–3 years in sales support or coordination, HVAC-related preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Service Titan a bonus).
• Customer-first mindset with commitment to service quality.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound/outbound customer interactions to support the sales process.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate sales reps' routes and timing.
• Coordinate salesperson schedules to maximize pipeline and time use.
• Reconnect with prospects through outbound calls to revive interest.
• Follow up after installations to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Serve as primary customer contact, guiding them through the sales process.
