Service Experts in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and present high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management.

You will maximize success using internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and your own prospecting to close sales. Onsite visits with the technical team ensure solutions match home requirements, delivering a 100%

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
0-2+ years of proven sales experience, with preference for direct-to-consumer selling.
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and ability to educate customers on technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team members during site visits to ensure solutions are perfectly tailored to the home's requirements, fostering a 100% satisfaction experience.
