Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Bogart, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify customer needs, process orders, and promote products and services across our HVAC channels.

You will assist customers, locate parts, support relationships, and contribute to warehouse operations, including basic forklift tasks and occasional deliveries, with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in person, by phone/fax/e-commerce, including transfers and deliveries.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term business relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling orders and stocking; forklift use.
• Promote products, upgrades, and services to customers.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Identify prospective customers and communicate to sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
