SRS Distribution Inc. in Bogart, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify customer needs, process orders, and drive sales while delivering excellent service.

You will locate parts, support relationships, assist in warehouse tasks, and promote products. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales or customer service and HVAC knowledge. This role offers strong benefits and growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in person (at the sales counter) or by phone, fax, and e-commerce, including company transfers and delivery requests.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for our customers from various sources.
• Support long-term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling customer orders and putting away stock while occasionally operating a forklift.
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades, and services to our customers.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
