The role emphasizes customer service excellence, product knowledge, and collaboration with the Branch Manager to resolve issues and drive sales within a dynamic HVAC distribution environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic database tools.
• Experience with sales, order processing and customer communications.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales by maintaining house accounts and communicating product launches, services and pricing.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service via walk-ins, phone and email.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits to boost sales.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in warehouse duties and operate a forklift as needed.
