Job summary

AC Pro is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Corona to deliver premier front-line service, greeting customers and processing orders, while growing the branch through proactive sales support.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and HVAC product knowledge. You will maintain customer records and assist with promotions, ensuring a positive, professional experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC product knowledge or ability to learn HVAC products and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivers premier, front line customer service by greeting, providing information, answering questions and/or offering assistance.
• Responds to and provides customers with timely and accurate information regarding products and their applications.
• Initiates customer sales orders and processes warranties and credit returns.
• Determines product required by customer and suggests alternatives and/or additional items.
• Selects appropriate product from stock and follows up on billing issues and payment information.
• Maintains customer databases and counter displays in an orderly manner.
• Develops and expands customer base through quality service and assists with promotional activities.
• Attends product and sales training workshops to stay informed.
