Job summary

Seattle Corporate Search in Northern California is partnering with a growing HVAC distributor to hire an experienced Inside Sales Representative. You’ll handle inbound calls and emails from HVAC contractors, quote equipment and parts, and manage orders, returns, and warranties.

Work with outside sales to grow and retain accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and assist customers with availability and lead times.

Qualifications

• HVAC distribution or contractor experience preferred.
• Inside sales or counter sales experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and emails from HVAC contractors.
• Quote HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories.
• Enter and manage orders, returns, credits, and warranties.
• Partner closely with outside sales to grow and retain customer accounts.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Help customers with product availability, substitutions, and lead times.
• Provide fast, accurate, and professional customer service.
