Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with help from others.
• Experience in Windows operating systems and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries and orders.
• Accurately process customer orders and returns using the company’s systems.
• Maintain a solid understanding of HVAC products to provide recommendations.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stocking shelves.
