Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks an Inside Sales Representative to grow revenue in HVAC rental and related services. You will partner with regional teams to quote turnkey solutions, size equipment, and manage new and existing accounts with strong customer service.

The role emphasizes proactive sales methods, collaboration with operations, and timely processing of orders and invoices, supported by a competitive commission structure and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, dehumidification, generators, and power distribution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in developing and establishing new rental accounts.
• Develop understanding of the full range of turnkey services and communicate to customers.
• Collaborate with technical staff to provide quotes, sizing, and problem resolution.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and promote additional products/services.
• Coordinate and implement new services for customers and assist with invoicing and payments.
