AccuTemp, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Baton Rouge to drive revenue through outbound calls, emails, and texts, guiding customers through service and system purchase decisions. You’ll work with field techs and the service team to uncover opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in inside sales or customer service, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Two years in inside sales or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong organizational skills; accurate data entry.

• Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers to understand needs and recommend products or services.
• Conduct outbound outreach to follow up on leads, estimates, canceled jobs, and completed jobs for service opportunities.
• Assist service technicians in offering additional services or system replacements during home visits.
• Create and maintain a customer database in CRM or Excel with complete, accurate information.
• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams for clear, timely communication.
• Receive leads, explain processes to new customers, and propose add-ons.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet/exceed goals.
