Job summary

TMI is seeking an Inside Sales Rep for our branch operations group in Chesterfield, MO. The role involves selling HVAC products and services to new and existing customers, handling orders, inquiries and quotes, and supporting dealer relationships.

You will work with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate information on orders, with occasional travel to customer sites and warehouse assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Inside sales skills and customer interaction abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales through active dealer communication on product launches, pricing and discounts.
• Maintain territory sales programs and inform customers about services and products.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, calls and emails.
• Process orders, quotations and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely shipments.
