Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow sales with House Accounts and York Dealers for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies in Minneapolis. You will build relationships, proactively drive sales, prepare quotes, manage orders, and provide responsive post-sale support, including returns and warranty processing, while promoting campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education preferred.
• Experience working with HVAC dealers or contractors preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned House Accounts and York Dealers.
• Proactively contact customers to drive sales and improve margins.
• Prepare quotations for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Enter and manage customer orders, including shipment tracking and follow-up.
• Provide responsive post-sale support and resolve customer inquiries.
• Facilitate product returns and assist customers with warranty processing and training.
• Promote special offers, marketing campaigns, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Support counter sales and provide exceptional customer service as needed.
