This role collaborates with Trane Supply branches and sales teams to meet customer needs, interpret HVAC drawings and specs, manage workload for quote turnaround, and contribute to process improvements and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior HVAC, mechanical, technical quoting, or sales support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC products, especially light commercial and replacement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver detailed quotes for LCU/R HVAC equipment based on customer requests and specifications.
• Review RFQs, equipment replacements, and requirements to determine product selection and pricing.
• Utilize Trane Supply systems, product selection tools, resources, Salesforce and CRM.
• Validate quoted information: pricing, configurations, availability, freight, lead times, warranties.
• Ensure quotes follow Trane Supply policies and quoting standards.
• Collaborate with branch teams, account managers, and product support to resolve inquiries.
• Interpret HVAC specs, drawings, and schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Track workload to meet quote turnaround times.
• Contribute to improvements in quoting tools, templates, processes, and customer experience.
• Provide product knowledge support to internal teams to strengthen commercial effectiveness.
