Job summary

Habegger Corporation in Tennessee is seeking a full-time HVAC Inside Sales & Estimating Specialist to support commercial opportunities across the region. You will collaborate with contractors, dealers, and design professionals to select equipment and develop project estimates.

Responsibilities include preparing price quotes, writing proposals, bidding on jobs, and monitoring progress to align with plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC sales, estimating, or commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience reviewing blueprints, mechanical schedules, and project specifications.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and equipment selection.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Estimating or quoting experience preferred. A mechanical engineering or related technical degree is also a plus!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop and support commercial project opportunities across the Tennessee region.
• Assist contractors and dealers with equipment selection, system application, and project development.
• Prepare price estimates, write proposals, bid on jobs, and monitor project progress to align with plans and specifications.
• Work with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, architects, and developers to promote Habegger products.
• Support design-build and plan/spec projects, generate accurate and competitive commercial quotes, and provide technical training and product support.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to increasing market share through projects such as light commercial rooftop replacements, multi-family developments, and spec build applications.
