Carrier Enterprise is a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts, and supplies. The Commercial Inside Sales Representative role focuses on pre- and post-order support to key dealers and the local sales team within the Northeastern New Jersey market.

You will respond to sales leads, pursue underserved markets, and help drive customer satisfaction through proactive service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with emphasis on service quality.
• Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with HVAC products and dealer/contractor customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-order support to dealers and local sales team.
• Respond to sales leads and drive new business in Northeastern NJ.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor orders, shipping, and post-sale activity.
• Support add-on sales opportunities and product information requests.
• Utilize eComm tools like Website and Salesforce in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Warranty Team on customer claims.
