Access, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer / Project Manager in Wisconsin to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams through the full sales cycle. You will respond to requests, select equipment, quote plans, delegate to application engineering, and manage project tasks.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently and with a team, aligning with Access, Inc.'s core values of customer success and innovation.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Electrical or mechanical systems knowledge preferred (2+ years ideal, but not required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and curious mindset; eager to learn and grow within the industry.
• A desire to educate others.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with outside sales engineers (OSEs), application engineering teams, and customer service reps (CSRs) to coordinate bids and project delivery.
• Select and quote power, HVAC, and monitoring equipment per project requirements and specifications.
• Review and finalize submittals; track approvals and ensure accurate order processing.
• Manage project lifecycle: BOM validation, handoff meetings, issue resolution, and final documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring follow-ups and accurate communication.
• Maintain project records and updates in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle).
