You will handle inbound calls, walk-ins, quote pricing, enter orders, and support parts and equipment sales while building lasting customer relationships. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll work across departments, resolve issues, coordinate deliveries, and contribute to an employee-owned culture with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, customer service, problem solving and follow-through skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficient in typing and data entry.
• Ability to balance a high volume of customer calls and emails.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint/OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer phone calls and walk-in traffic.
• Prepare and enter orders.
• Assist customers in identifying proper parts, equipment, and supplies; quote pricing and availability.
• Research parts to stock new equipment.
• Provide solutions to customer requests, including research of the requests and suggest options to customers.
• Troubleshoot inventory and shipping problems.
• Coordinate delivery schedules between company and customer.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain showroom by stocking shelves, showcasing new products, as well as straightening and keeping area clean.
