Job summary

Temperature Systems Inc. (TSI) is seeking an Inside Sales/Counter Sales professional to be the go-to resource for customers, answering questions, quoting parts, and processing orders in a 100% onsite environment.

You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and support customer service functions while expanding skills across the business, with potential counter sales responsibilities as needed. This stable role values HVAC knowledge and offers growth within a collaborative team at TSI, serving

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
1-2 years HVAC experience.
1-2 years counter sales or customer service experience (call center preferred).
Experience with ERP software (bonus for CSD).

Responsibilities

Receive incoming customer calls and walk-in traffic.
Prepare and enter orders.
Assist customers in identifying proper parts, equipment, and supplies; quote pricing and availability.
Research parts to stock new equipment.
Provide solutions to customer requests, including research of the requests and suggest options to customers.
Troubleshoot inventory and shipping problems.
Coordinate delivery schedules between company and customer.
Resolve customer complaints.
Maintain working knowledge of product lines stocked by TSI.
Proactively promote additional sales to customers.
Maintain showroom by stocking shelves and showcasing new products.
