Stay Cool HVAC in Florida LLC is looking for an energetic Lead Generator to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL. You’ll drive connections between homeowners and HVAC solutions they need.

Responsibilities include prospecting in-store and through outreach, qualifying needs, scheduling appointments for sales consultants, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation, canvassing, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida's climate and walk/stand for extended periods
• Basic computer or mobile device skills for data entry and scheduling
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads in-store, outreach, canvassing, and community engagement
• Qualify potential customers by identifying HVAC needs, interests, and readiness to purchase
• Schedule appointments for HVAC sales consultants and technicians
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-up activities in CRM software
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation quotas and targets
• Build rapport with homeowners and businesses to promote HVAC services and special offers
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and conversion
