Superior Tank and Energy Company in Bristol, PA is seeking an HVAC Salesperson / Comfort Advisor to join our growing field team. You will run in-home assessments, present heating and cooling solutions, and close replacements with a take-home vehicle and marketing support.

You will engage homeowners and businesses, educate them on energy efficiency options, and follow our seven-step sales process to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners and business decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with CRM software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer HVAC needs and recommend tailored comfort solutions
• Present and sell heating, cooling, and energy efficiency products and services to residential and commercial clients
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales agreements for HVAC system installations and replacements
• Follow up on leads generated through company marketing, referrals, and service technician handoffs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and energy-efficiency incentives and rebates
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to completion
