You’ll troubleshoot residential heating/cooling systems, present clear findings, and coordinate with dispatch and management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, including explaining technical findings clearly to homeowners.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, service, and diagnose residential HVAC equipment.
• Ability to operate smartphones, tablets, diagnostic equipment, and company-approved software.

Responsibilities
