Qualifications

• Five+ years of senior leadership in residential HVAC or similar home services.
• Experience managing multiple departments and leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, gross margins, labor productivity, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers and frontline staff.
• Track record of increasing revenue while improving profitability.
• Experience launching or integrating additional service lines is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
