Job summary

Service Minds is seeking a seasoned HVAC General Manager to oversee Daytona and Melbourne branches for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. You will own P&L, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-location operations with a focus on safety and service excellence.

Prerequisites include 5+ years in residential HVAC leadership, multi-site management, and proficiency with field service software (ServiceTitan). Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC experience required.
• Leadership or management experience in HVAC or residential home services.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with P&L ownership and budgeting.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and field operations.
• Experience with field service software (ServiceTitan preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, budgeting, and financial goals for both Daytona and Melbourne branches.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rates, average ticket, maintenance memberships, install performance, and customer retention.
• Lead branch operations, develop Branch Managers, Operations Managers, and Technicians.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA standards, licensing, and brand standards.
• Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience across both locations.
• Drive growth strategies, market expansion, and revenue initiatives across both branches.
• Travel between Daytona and Melbourne branches to oversee operations.
