Job summary

Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking an HVAC General Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across two established operating companies. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and improving profitability.

You will develop and implement business strategies that foster innovation, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of ten years of full-time management experience in residential HVAC.
Knowledge of residential HVAC methods, techniques & codes.
Leadership to build high-performing teams.
Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production from executive leadership, finance, field Operations, safety & project management, and employee retention.
Oversee successful execution of Plumbing & HVAC service.
Provide oversight to ensure managers are on track and within budget.
Supervise recruiting, interviewing, and mentoring of the operations team.
Champion development and improvement of organizational management protocols and tools.
Collaborate with Ownership on growth plans (long & short term).
Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet objectives.
Provide timely reports on operating condition to Ownership.
Act as strategic partner among sales, service, installation, and operations.
