This hands-on leadership position includes base pay of $26.00-$28.00 per hour with potential earnings of $60,000-$110,000+ annually, trainer bonuses, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Extensive residential or light commercial HVAC service experience.
• Advanced HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting knowledge.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to developing technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coach technicians during field ride-alongs and customer appointments.
• Evaluate diagnostic skills, technical knowledge, and service performance.
• Help technicians strengthen HVAC troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide practical guidance on challenging service calls.
• Train team on proper service procedures and technical standards.
• Develop technicians' customer communication and professionalism.
• Review calls and provide actionable coaching.
• Track employee development and identify training needs.
• Partner with service leadership to improve performance.
