Job summary

Coat Zone seeks an experienced HVAC Field Technical & Training Specialist to join our team. The role emphasizes hands-on field training, working directly with contractors, technicians, distributors, customers, and international partners to apply Coat Zone products at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has practical HVAC knowledge, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to travel nationwide and abroad.

Qualifications

Hands-on field work with HVAC equipment.
Experience in HVAC service, maintenance, installation, facilities, or contracting.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel nationwide and internationally.
Valid driver’s license and passport or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on field training on product preparation and application.
Train contractors, technicians, distributors, customers, and international partners.
Demonstrate proper application techniques at customer sites.
Provide on-site support during product applications.
Troubleshoot issues and adapt to field conditions.
Inspect equipment and application areas before and during projects.
Offer technical guidance on HVAC coils, condensers, air handlers.
Ensure teams follow specifications and quality standards.
Communicate observations and customer feedback to management.
Assist with training materials and field best practices.
Represent Coat Zone professionally at facilities and sessions.
