Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, invites you to join as a Rental HVAC Field Technician Helper. You will assist field technicians in installing and repairing environmental control systems at customer sites, learning refrigeration theory, pipe fitting, and testing end-to-end.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Technical school or formal training in HVAC preferred.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serves as direct customer contact and services equipment on assigned projects.
• Forecast issues, gather materials, and coordinate on-site installations and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair units using blueprints, specs, and handheld devices.
• Maintain safety standards and accountability for company assets.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
