Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Rental HVAC Field Technician Helper to support installation and repair of HVAC systems at customer sites. You will work under Rental HVAC Field Technicians, using refrigeration theory, control systems, and hand tools, while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years HVAC experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with potential overtime and overnight stays is expected, with strong growth

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years HVAC experience; technical training preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with clean record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Assist Rental HVAC Field Technicians with installation and repair of environmental control systems.
Coordinate on-site installation and repairs with supervisor and customer to meet requirements.
Utilize blueprints/engineering specs and tools to diagnose and repair units.
Maintain safety standards and track company assets and conditions.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
