Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or general construction.
• Experience leading field teams, coordinating subcontractors and on-site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret schedules, plans, specifications and scopes of work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for at least 12 months.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site execution of HVAC/construction projects.
• Perform hands-on installation of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors; coordinate site activities for safety and quality.
• Draft and maintain field reports, progress updates and project records.
