Job summary

Trane Technologies in Ashland, VA is seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to lead HVAC installation projects from site surveys to commissioning. You will coordinate trades, manage budget and schedule, ensure safety and quality, and provide on-site leadership to installation crews.

Annual base salary range is $34.37–$65.12 per hour, with benefits kicking in Day One, 401K match, tuition assistance, and other programs designed to support your family and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with 5–10 years in Commercial HVAC installation or construction.
• Technical school or formal training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.
• Experience with Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, commissioning, and start-up of HVAC systems.
• Plans and completes projects on time and within budget.
• Ensures compliance with contracting processes.
• Coordinates with owners, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Maintains inventory and documents costs.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Maintains safety standards on site.
• Leads installation crews on projects.
