Job summary

Cool Times Heating and Cooling in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an HVAC Site Foreman to own on-site execution of our project work plans. You will oversee equipment logistics, supervise subcontractors, and maintain direct communication with the owner and GC teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.

We value a dependable leader with 5+ years HVAC installation experience, blueprints-reading ability, and strong field coordination. Procore familiarity and EPA 608/OSHA 10 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Strong field leadership and scheduling skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site equipment logistics and material staging.
• Supervise subcontractors, maintain safety and schedule adherence.
• Manage change orders with GCs and pricing.
• Deliver daily status reports and coordinate meetings.
• Ensure on-site compliance and assist close-out documentation.
