Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead technicians and installers on commercial construction projects. This hands-on leadership role requires managing crews, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring installations meet codes and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has several years of HVAC installation/repair and at least 3+ years supervising crews, with proficiency in reading plans and blueprints, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation/repair experience.
• 3+ years of HVAC supervisory/foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet company vehicle driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily work assignments based on project schedules and priorities.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members.
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Oversee HVAC installation, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor quality, productivity, materials, and project progress.
• Ensure work complies with safety requirements, building codes, and specifications.
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports.
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and help keep projects on schedule.

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead HVAC technicians and installers on commercial construction projects.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced HVAC professional who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, read plans and blueprints, and ensure HVAC installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to code.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions
