Climate Pros is seeking an on-site Construction Foreman to lead up to 10 HVAC installation technicians. The role requires hands-on leadership, safety oversight, and precise execution of complex mechanical drawings on commercial projects across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the HVAC trade, EPA/TDLR/OSHA 10 certifications, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years verifiable HVAC experience.
• EPA, TDLR, OSHA 10, First Aid and CPR certifications are mandatory.
• Hands-on foreman role; must be an active working foreman.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site safety and daily progress for up to 10 HVAC installation technicians.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and transfer scale to site measurements.
• Manage material takeoffs and inventory on site; control costs and labor budgets.
• Generate daily progress reports and communicate with client and project management.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time for multiple concurrent sites.
