Job summary

McCrea Equipment Company, Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Foreman to serve as the primary liaison between McCrea and builders, overseeing new construction HVAC crews and subcontractors.

You will coordinate daily field activities, schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure installations meet plans and company standards. Work closely with Production to resolve field issues and coordinate approved changes, supervise crews, manage deliveries, read layouts, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Leads and coordinates HVAC field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read HVAC plans and construction drawings.
• Strong communication with builders, subcontractors, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC crews and subcontractors on new construction sites.
• Maintain builder schedules, daily work assignments, and material deliveries.
• Read and layout houses for HVAC equipment, ductwork, and components.
• Verify materials against work orders and manage missing items.
• Coordinate rough-in, punch-out, and register work; inspect homes.
• Communicate field changes to production and address issues.
• Track leftover materials for credits or restocking.
• Coordinate service calls and complete service tickets; elevate issues as needed.
• Approve time records and monitor job progress, schedules, and field issues.
