• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Engage potential customers via calls, emails, and in-person visits to present solutions.
• Present HVAC options and clearly articulate value to meet customer needs and close sales.
• Identify equipment and parts needed to ensure seamless replacement processes.
• Maintain accurate quotes and input data into the software system.
