Watsco is seeking a Service Technical Support Specialist to support Carrier Distributors in developing and coordinating the Territory’s technical fulfillment processes. You will engage in training, site inspections, and feedback loops to improve service quality.

The role requires experience with HVAC equipment, energy management systems, and strong communication—English and Spanish. Travel is expected (up to 50%), with a primary focus on Miami, FL metropolitan area.

Qualifications

• Experience with operation processes for HVAC service.
• Familiarity with energy management and temperature control systems.
• Carrier/Automated Logic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Carrier Distributors to align talent and resources.
• Coordinate and implement Safety Standards in the Territory.
• Provide feedback on quality issues to Centers of Excellence.
