Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Miami, FL, seeks a Service Technical Support Specialist to support our Distributor network in developing and coordinating territory service fulfillment.

You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, ensure safety standards, train staff, and travel up to 50% across the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Works with Carrier Distributors to establish required talent and resources
• Work to ensure the implementation of the Safety Standards
• Provides feedback to the Centers of Excellence on quality issues
• Maintains quality standards by supervising and inspecting job sites
• Responsible for internal communications flow relative to the technical fulfillment process
• Responsible for Service Technical Support
• Responsible for Estimator for Service implementation and execution
• Responsible for providing feedback on technical trainings needed
• Responsible for conducting Technical Training as required
• Responsible for evaluation and processing of Shipped Products Defect
• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required
• Travel throughout the Territory. (50%)
• Other duties may be assigned.
