This role involves preventive maintenance, testing, and direct customer support to ensure reliable operation of critical cooling systems. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in HVAC or related field with 2–5 years of hands-on experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC or related field; 2–5 years' experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC products.
• Perform preventive and remedial maintenance and testing.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment.
• Document service activities and maintain records.
• Coordinate with customers and scheduling for service.
• Maintain safety and compliance with procedures.
