Job summary

Trane Technologies in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide technical support to dealers, deliver comprehensive training, and improve service capability and customer satisfaction. You will conduct day-to-day assistance via phone and on-site visits, communicate service bulletins, support the sales team, investigate product performance, and lead training for technicians.

A degree or equivalent, five years field service experience, and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Associate technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years field service experience.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with restricted driving infractions noted below.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to dealers via phone and onsite assistance.
• Communicate service bulletins and alerts to dealers on a timely basis.
• Support sales team with key customer relationship management.
• Provide product performance investigations and reporting of quality and/or First Notice events.
• Establish and conduct a comprehensive technical training program for service & installation technicians.
• Provide timely local administration of corrective action programs, concessions, and warranty claim process for dealers.
• Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints.
